In August 2002 the honorable Bob Carr helped launch a Draft Community Plan of Management for Malabar Headland. FoMH developed this plan in response to the Commonwealth's lack of involvement of key stakeholders in planning for the protection of the natural and cultural heritage values.
The Draft Community Plan of Management is intended to provide a starting point for discussion.
